More Than a Concert
The Johnson City Symphony Orchestra is more than five nights a year. For over five decades we've worked to weave live music into everyday life across the region — in classrooms, on community stages, and alongside the organizations that make the Tri-Cities a wonderful place to call home.
Music Education & Outreach
Every child deserves to hear an orchestra. Through educational concerts, in-class programs, and youth engagement, JCSO introduces students across the region to the instruments, stories, and joy of orchestral music — and shares the stage with them. This season we perform alongside the Dobyns-Bennett High School Orchestra and the Mountain Empire Children's Choral Academy.
